The role of nursing in health service provision has been of utmost importance in ensuring that patients receive well rounded care. Nurses serve a primary point of contact in the health care system and are therefore able to pick up many issues that may not be picked up further along. Sick individuals are also able to build a better rapport with nursing professionals. Nursing care is one of the most important aspects in recovery from illness.
Today during nurses week we celebrate our nurses, we feature Agnes Mude (RN).
Agnes Mude is a registered nurse who works in the ICU at Ruai Family Hospital. She is passionate about healthcare and her aspirations for the future of health care in South Sudan is accessible, affordable and quality healthcare for every citizen.
